PRO WRESTLING FAQs

Not at all! We have various skill levels of programmes catered to various levels of ability and fitness. You'll be trained by coaches with an extensive background in fitness and training who'll be able to guide you on your fitness journey, so our classes will be an excellent way to build up your overall fitness levels regardless of your physical condition or background.

Not at all! We've helped trainees in their 30's and 40's take their first steps between the ropes. You may not go on to headline international events, but with the right training and work ethic there's alot of realistic goals you can still achieve in the ring.
Look at who the coaches are and which wrestlers they have trained and that will give you a very good indication on where you'll end up with that school. Wrestling is a very athletic sport and training correctly is inherantly hard. But with the right tailored coaching and a supportive community of trainees and wrestlers at all skill levels, you can (and will) get closer to your full potential than if you train with a school that's less challenging.
Pro wrestling carries the same risks of getting hurt and injured as any contact sport, though training in a safe environment with professional coaches who know what they're doing and around other experienced trainees means that, provided you follow instruction, the risk of getting hurt or injured is minimal.
We recommend any kind of comfortable sportswear, indoor weight lifting or boxing boots with good angle support and kneepads with good padding. We strongly advise against wearing show gear (show wrestling boots, custom made gear and pads) to training as they'll wear down quickly and unnecessarily. Outdoor shoes and jeans are not allowed.
